These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the “LOCAL FIT Kumano” app (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by LOCAL FIT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Article 1 (Application)

All users of this app (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use this Service upon agreeing to these Terms of Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

  2. Defamation, slander, or discriminatory acts against other users or third parties
  3. Registration of false information
  4. Unauthorized access or misuse
  5. Acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 3 (Reservations and Payments)

  1. Users can make reservations for accommodations, experiences, and other services through this app.
  2. Cancellations, changes, and other matters regarding reservations are subject to the policies of each facility or service provider.
  3. Payment processing is handled by an external payment service provider, and we do not retain any credit card information.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information posted on this app.
  2. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, suspensions, or delays.
  3. Responsibility for reservation details and service provision lies with the respective facilities and experience providers.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyrights and trademark rights to the content, images, text, and other materials posted on this app belong to our company or the rightful owners.

Article 6 (Suspension of Use and Account Deletion)

If a user violates these Terms of Service, the Company reserves the right to suspend the user’s account or delete it without prior notice.

Article 7 (Amendments to These Terms)

We may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms will take effect when they are displayed in this app.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising between the Company and the User, the Wakayama District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
